Toga wraps HRpro across group's Talent Management requirements



EmployeeConnect, the leading provider of workflow driven Human Capital Solutions, today announced that Toga Hospitality, has selected EmployeeConnect’s HRpro to provide the company with a comprehensive talent management solution.

With employee retention a major objective in the Hospitality industry, Toga Hospitality faced challenges in organising the evaluation of certain elements of its talent management process.
